2. Information We Collect

We collect information to provide and improve our Services to you. The types of information we may collect include:

We do not directly store your full credit card details but may receive transaction confirmations and related details (such as the last four digits of a card and expiration date) from the payment processor.

  • Communications: If you contact us directly (e.g., via email at feedback@clipgen.net for support or inquiries), we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide.

    • You are responsible for downloading and backing up any Generated Content you wish to keep long-term.

  • Log and Usage Data: We retain log and usage data for a period necessary for security, service improvement, and analytics, after which it is typically aggregated or deleted.

When we no longer need your personal information, we will take steps to delete it or anonymize it.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. These measures aim to protect your information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
